Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for damaged or unit doesn’t turn on reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund and return policy.
RETURNS
We do not approve returns, unless the unit is damaged due to shipping or unit doesn’t turn on. Because return of the unit will be very expensive, even exceeding the price of the unit itself. This is still an additional import duty.
Make sure you pay attention to the device specifications before purchasing. We make sure the device specifications match the product description in each listing.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected]. Attach receipt or proof of purchase, attach an unboxing video, and another video showing the unit is broken or won’t turn on to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If the video is large, you can convert to a smaller size. The length of the video is sufficient to show the unit is damaged or cannot be turned on. Make sure the video shows the plug plugged into a power source and the entire unit is clearly visible. Describe in detail the damage or the unit won’t turn on.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address we will notify.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges includes import duty fees. We strongly recommend that you use a track able method to mail your return such as UPS , FedEx or EMS.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: _user-modified device_
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange / replacement.
